• Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the legal counseling  and litigation  activities of the Holding Company and its subsidiary companies;

• Handling and coordinating the overall legal activities of the Investment Holding Company;

• Providing advice to functional units of the Holding Company and subsidiary companies on high level legal matters concerning their operation;

• Drafting or reviewing major contractual documents, guidelines and directives that bear legal effects and commitments on the company;

• Representing the company before courts of law and administrative tribunals in all civil, commercial and criminal cases arising from business transactions.

• Handling all claims of the company against third parties for money owed arising from contractual obligations;

• Interpreting relevant legislations that might affect company operations;

• Revising when necessary, existing contracts, standard formats and other legal instruments.

• Preparing pleadings of claims, defenses, petitions and appeal on complex cases;

• Studying and presenting ways to avoid /minimize litigations;

• Facilitating negotiations and settlements outside of the courtroom through mediation and arbitration;

• Consulting and supporting user work units and employees on matters of management information system;

• Performing other related activities.

From recognized university/college first degree in Law, 11 years related work experience, out of which 4 years in senior legal advisory services
