Key Duties:

Menu planning & innovation: Design diverse menus reflecting culinary trends and guest preferences.
Food preparation & presentation: Supervise cooking processes to ensure taste, quality, and visual appeal.
Kitchen management: Lead kitchen staff, assign duties, and maintain workflow efficiency.
Inventory & cost control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
Customer engagement: Customize meals and respond to guest dietary needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Technology.
Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP or equivalent).
At least 2–5 years of professional kitchen experience in Hospital, hotels & restaurants.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of international cuisines and hospitality service standards.
