Job summary

The Night Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the outlet during night shifts. This role ensures excellent customer service, proper staff supervision, accurate cash handling, and compliance with company policies while maintaining safety and efficiency during nighttime hours.

Main tasks

• Supervise and manage outlet operations during the night shift
• Lead, schedule, and support night staff (cashiers, servers)
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
• Handle cash transactions, end-of-shift cash reconciliation, and reports
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly
• Prepare daily/nightly sales and operational reports
• Coordinate with day management for smooth handovers

 Qualifications and Skills:

•      Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, or a related field
•      Strong knowledge of hotel service sector
•      Exceptional communication & leadership skill
•      Record of success in conference and outlet operations
•      Experience 5 year and above in bar, conference and outlet operation in managerial position

Languages: Proficiency in English is required
