Ahununu Trading PLC is seeking a highly capable HR & Talent Development Division Manager with strong hands-on focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and employee benefits. The role is critical in attracting qualified talent, building an engaged workforce, and managing HR operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all business units
Lead manpower planning and sourcing strategies
Ensure effective onboarding and smooth employee integration
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
Employee Engagement
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives
Conduct engagement assessments and follow up action plans
Support managers in building a positive, performance-driven culture
Handle employee relations issues professionally and fairly
Employee Benefits & Rewards
Manage employee benefits, allowances, and incentive schemes
Review and improve benefit structures for fairness and competitiveness
Coordinate with management and finance on compensation matters
Ensure clear communication of benefits and HR policies
Additional Responsibilities
Support performance management and talent development initiatives
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Oversee HR operations in different geographical locations
Support General Services and Corporate Facility Management activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
(Master’s degree is an added advantage)
Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant HR experience
Mandatory: Experience working in organizations with more than 100 employees
2–3 years of managerial or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and employee benefits
Experience managing hiring and HR activities across multiple geographical locations
Emotionally intelligent and able to work under pressure

Very strong interpersonal communication skills and highly extroverted personality
Knowledge of HR ERP systems and biometric attendance systems is a plus
Knowledge of General Services and Corporate Facility Management is a plus

Valid driving license is a plus
