Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Research & Development Officer to lead product innovation and market analysis. The role involves analyzing market trends and customer needs, supporting strategic decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing, improving, and launching products that align with market demands and business goals.  

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities. 
• Monitor industry, technology, and consumer behavior trends relevant to company products and services. 
• Analyze customer pain points and purchasing behavior to guide product solutions. 
• Convert research insights into product concepts, feature enhancements, and value propositions.
• Ensure product requirements align with market needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Use performance data to support continuous product improvement and strategic decisions.

• Bachelors’  in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years and above relevant experience in the position
• Able to work with others and a good team player 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
