Job Summary:

The Market Research Officer will lead the lead product innovation and market analysis by gathering and analyzing market data, identifying trends, and developing products that meet customer needs. Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, and production teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products while improving existing offerings

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify target markets, customer segments, unmet needs, and regulatory changes.
• Monitor industry developments, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer behavior relevant to company products and services. 
• Analyze customer pain points, preferences, and purchasing behavior to guide product solutions
• Translate market research findings and customer insights into innovative product concepts, feature enhancements, and value propositions.
• Develop detailed product concepts, including target audience, key features, and preliminary business cases.
• Ensure product requirements align with market needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Use performance data to inform future product development cycles and strategic adjustments.

Requirement:

• Bachelors’ in Marketing Management, Management, Economics and related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years and above relevant experience in the position
• Able to work with others and a good team player 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
