About The Role

The Receptionist and Data Encoder is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, and managing front-desk activities to ensure a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic Human Resources duties and record keeping
• Receive and welcome visitors professionally
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Deliver documents and messages within and outside the office
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
• Support general office operations as assigned
• Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases
• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
• Maintain and update records and files
• Ensure data confidentiality and security
• Organize and manage digital and physical documents
• Generate basic reports as required
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: [Diploma / High School]
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and write clearly
• Honest, punctual, and well-organized
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• Prior experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
