Role Overview:


The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. This position requires a detail-oriented, resourceful professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners or vendors.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll coordination.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Monitor office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
  • Ensure office compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
  • Facilitate communication across departments to enhance workflow and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Well-groomed and professionally presented
  • English and/or French is advantage
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
