He or She  represents a borrower's interests and acts as an intermediary, guiding the borrower through the complex loan application and approval process and advocating for their needs to the financial institution. This role is distinct from a traditional bank-employed loan officer who primarily represents the bank's interests.

She or he  also assist borrowers in identifying the best loan options for their financial situation, preparing complete and accurate applications, and facilitating a seamless loan process while ensuring the borrower understands all terms and conditions.

She or he  is responsible for client Consultation as well ad company needs : Meet with loan applicants to understand their financial needs, goals, and current financial status, including income, assets, and debts.

Advising on Loan Products: Explain various loan types (e.g., personal, business. mortgage) and their associated terms, interest rates, risks, and benefits to help the client choose the most suitable option.

Application Preparation and Submission: Guide clients in compiling all necessary financial information and documentation (e.g.. tax returns, credit reports, financial statements) and submit complete, accurate applications to potential lenders on their behalf.

Creditworthiness Assessment: Analyze the client's financial information to assess their creditworthiness and determine the likelihood of loan approval, identifying potential issues in advance.

BA/MA in Accounting and Finance or BA in Accounting and MBA or related
