POSITION PURPOSE
The Office / Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative, and office management support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and coordination skills.

C. Records & Documentation
D. Support to Management
Prepare basic reports when required. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Education
Experience in a corporate or professional office environment is preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage)
Behavioral & Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Additional local languages are an advantage
