This is a full-time on-site Laborer role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Laborer will assist with daily operational tasks, including transporting materials, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces, and supporting team members with a variety of physical tasks. Responsibilities may also include loading and unloading goods, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols in daily operations.

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, or moving materials safely
• Experience in maintaining clean, organized, and efficient work environments
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and teamwork abilities
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to following instructions
• Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and priorities during work hours
• Prior experience in a labor or warehouse operations role is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Basic communication skills in English or the local language are advantageous
