This is a full-time on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for a Store Expansion Manager. • Proficiency in Market Research and strong Analytical Skills to assess potential store locations and market viability
• Effective Communication skills to work with stakeholders and build relationships
• Experience in Team Management to oversee and collaborate with internal and external teams
• Knowledge of Sales strategies relevant to store expansion and business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Previous experience in retail or store expansion is highly advantageous
