The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure the safety, comfort and satisfaction of guests and staff. Supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance and ensures compliance with hotel standards, safety regulations, and local codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily activities of the maintenance team
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are well maintained
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
• Inspect hotel facilities regularly and identify repair or improvement needs
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and management to minimize guest disruption
• Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment servicing
• Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
• Train, guide, and evaluate maintenance staff performance

• Diploma or certification in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Proven more than two years' experience in hotel or facility maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
