Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and interactive websites.
• Create UI/UX mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for internal and client-facing platforms.
• Support the marketing team in campaign and promotional visuals.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and channels.
• Ensure Core Web Vitals are met through image optimization, code splitting, and efficient data fetching.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in web development, graphic design, and UI/UX
• Proven experience with React hooks, context API, and Next.js specific features like Middleware and API Routes.
• Strong experience with Fire store security rules, Firebase Auth, and managing high-read/write environments.
• Mastery of Tailwind CSS, including custom configurations and responsive design patterns.
• Professional experience with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory
• Experience designing in tech or telecom industry is a plus
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus
