We’re hiring a project officer to lead a new business initiative. This role requires someone highly organized, decisive, and strong in communication, someone who can own complex projects and move them forward with clarity and discipline. 

• Lead project management for the new initiative, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and resolve issues swiftly.
• Monitor progress, report key metrics, and implement adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Drive disciplined execution while adapting to challenges in a fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management or leading complex initiatives (any industry/background welcome—capability and results matter more than specific credentials).
• Exceptional organizational skills, decisiveness, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities (written, verbal, and presentation).
• A proactive, ownership mindset: you move projects forward with clarity and discipline.
• Comfort working in dynamic, high-stakes settings.
