Department: Office of the Supply Chain

Reports to: Warehouse &Transport Manager

The warehouse coordinator is responsible to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

1. Supervises warehouse staff and daily activities.
2. Achieves a high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assure in quality of goods.
3. Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.
4. Organize sand maintain inventory and storage area.
5. Ensures shipments and inventory transaction accuracy
6. Communicates job expectations and coach employees.
7. Determines staffing levels and assign workload.
8. Interfaces with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
9. Maintains items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
10. Identifies areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
11. Performs other similar tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Academic requirement:     

MA/MSC/BA/BSC  in  Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/Transportation/ Management/ or related fields of study

1. Work experience: 2/4yrs of relevant experience in beverage industries
2. Additional Competencies:
   • Strong technical skills stores management
   • Planning, monitoring and evaluation
   • Emotional maturity
   • Computer literate in especially business applications
