Major Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for all the input & output quantity.

·         Maintain the accuracy of the input & output with   required ratio.

·         Planning and achieving monthly production plan.

·         Look after all the operation related to re-cut operation.

·         Responsible for proper management of operators, creating a good team spirit and motivating his/her subordinates to get the desired output.

·         Responsible for labor turn over & absenteeism of Machine operators.

·         Allocated order quantity has to be achieved as per the planning report.

·         End line rejection percentage has to be maintained at minimum level.

·         Responsible for AQL & other audit failure.

·         Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintaining at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could affect the H&S risks are necessary.

·         Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment.

·         Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and top management.

Advanced university degree in Textile, garment or other related fields. graduated in 2018-2019
