About the Cooperative
Henosis Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. (HSACCO) is a legally registered Savings and Credit Cooperative Society operating under the relevant Cooperative Bureau in Ethiopia. HSACCO is committed to improving the economic and social well-being of its members by mobilizing savings, providing accessible financial services, and creating opportunities for sustainable economic development.
With more than 2,000 members and loan disbursements exceeding Half Billion ETB, Henosis SACCO has demonstrated significant growth and impact in expanding access to finance and supporting its members’ financial needs. The cooperative is also a member of the International Cooperative Alliance – Africa (ICA Africa), strengthening its engagement with the wider African cooperative movement and its commitment to cooperative values and principles.

Training Title
“Grow Your Career While Empowering Members to Save and Prosper.”
 This training is an Internship-to-Hire Program. The trainees will have enough knowledge and practical experience on SACCO Foundations & Professional Mindset, Member Relations & Communication Skills, Saving Mobilization & Sales Techniques, Operations, Reporting & Performance Evaluation.
Training Duration
One week or more Intensive Training Program as per the Henosis Requirement
Employment Opportunity
Only trainees who successfully pass the training assessment and performance evaluation will be hired as staff members.
Key Responsibilities During and After Training

• Build strong relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients
• Mobilize savings and promote SACCO financial products and services
• Conduct field outreach and awareness campaigns
• Support member registration and account opening processes
• Maintain professional communication with members
• Prepare daily and weekly mobilization reports
• Participate in financial literacy and promotional activities
• Contribute to member satisfaction and institutional growth

Qualification Requirements

• BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management and Business related fields.
• Graduated in 2026  only
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, and member engagement
• Good discipline, confidence, and teamwork spirit
• Ability to work under targets and field conditions
• Computer proficiency is advantageous
