Job Summary

ASBM Industrial PLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Department in Bole, Addis Ababa. This is a full-time position suited for someone who is organized, responsible, and eager to grow their career in accounting, with manufacturing experience being a strong advantage.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Bole, Addis Ababa

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain financial and supporting documents

• Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately

• Prepare payments and related supporting documents

• Maintain and record inventory transactions

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities

• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial procedures.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation

• Strong skills in Peachtree, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Good attention to detail, organization, and time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
