Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the preparation of financial reports. The successful candidate will assist with financial transactions, account reconciliations, expense monitoring, and compliance with applicable accounting procedures while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, accounting entries, journals, and ledgers.
• Record and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, customer accounts, and other financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
• Maintain organized accounting documents and supporting financial records.
• Assist with tax calculations, declarations, and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing the required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sanitary products 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Core Competencies: Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.
