Asset Management & Control Officer

Boston Partners PLC (Kuriftu Resorts) is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and responsible Asset Management & Control Officer to join our Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the company's fixed asset register.

• Monitor and control company assets across all resorts and business units.

• Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper asset tagging, identification, allocation, and documentation.

• Monitor asset transfers, disposals, and write-offs in accordance with company procedures.

• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and resort management teams on asset-related matters.

• Track asset conditions, maintenance requirements, and utilization.

• Prepare periodic asset management and control reports.

• Ensure compliance with company asset management policies and internal control procedures.

• Identify and report asset losses, damages, discrepancies, and misuse.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in fixed asset management, inventory control, or asset administration is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of asset management procedures and internal controls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple business units and resort operations.
