Elysian Hotel and Guest House is a newly established hospitality facility in Addis Ababa, featuring 45 guest rooms, a lobby bar, a breakfast service area, a gym, a spa, and a terrace. We are seeking dedicated, professional, customer-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Successful candidates will contribute to delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our hotel.

Assistant Cook
Job Summary: Support the cook in preparing ingredients, preparing meals, organizing the kitchen, and maintaining food hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients.
Assist with cooking and meal preparation as instructed.
Organize kitchen utensils, ingredients, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen surfaces.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
Assist with food storage and stock rotation.
Support timely preparation and service of meals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Basic cooking skills or relevant kitchen experience is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good hygiene, teamwork, and time management.
Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
