Job Description

Pitron Tech Solution PLC is looking for a Bid Tracker Intern to support its Business Development team. The intern will find and track tenders for IT products and services, keep bid records accurate and up to date, and help the team meet every submission deadline.

Key responsibilities:

• Find and research new tenders and business opportunities for IT products and services.
• Track, monitor and update bid opportunities in Microsoft Excel and other tracking tools.
• Keep accurate records of bid information, including deadlines, client details and bid status.
• Monitor submission deadlines and send the team timely reminders.
• Help collect, organize and maintain bid documents.
• Follow up on bid progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Support the Business Development team in finding and pursuing new opportunities.

• Currently studying for, or recently graduated with, a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong research and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn about tendering, bidding and business development.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not required.
