Key Responsibilities: Branch management, credit and loan operations, savings mobilization, customer service, business development, financial and operational control, compliance, staff supervision, performance management, reporting, and branch administration.
Duty Station : Adama
Job Requirements
Required Competencies:
Master's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
6+ years of microfinance/banking experience, with 2+ years in managerial or senior supervisory position.
Proven track record of meeting aggressive business targets.
Deep expertise in credit risk, portfolio management, and loan recovery.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial acumen (P&L management).
Thorough knowledge of microfinance regulations and AML/CFT frameworks.
High integrity, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
