Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Level 4/3/2/1 in Drafting, Cad Technology

Experience:

• 3/4/6/8 years of work experience

• Experience In developing structural building & maintain Structural BIM models & producing high quality 2D drawings, schedules & quantity outputs from BIM models.

• Experience in CAD drafting for highway/road proficient in AutoCAD civil 3D.

• Experience in preparing plan, profile,& cross section drawings for road alignments, knowledge of geometric design.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, layouts, and construction drawings based on engineering and architectural designs.

• Convert engineering sketches, calculations, specifications, and concepts into detailed technical drawings.

• Modify and update drawings based on design changes, engineer/consultant comments, and site conditions.

• Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, as-built drawings, and detail drawings.

• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and other engineering disciplines.

• Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, scales, annotations, and consistency.

• Incorporate approved revisions and maintain proper drawing revision control.
