Job Requirements

Education:

• Level 1/2/3/4 or Diploma in Drafting and CAD Technology or with related field of study

Experience:

• 8 years experience for Level 1, 6 years experience for Level 2, 4 years experience for Level 3 and 3 years experience for Level 4 and Diploma holders

• Experience in developing structural building & maintaining structural BIM models & producing high quality 2D drawings, schedules & quantity outputs from BIM models.

• Experience in CAD drafting for highway/road proficient in Auto cad civil 3D.

• Experience in preparing plan, profile ,& cross section drawings for road alignments, knowledge of geometric design.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, layouts, and construction drawings based on engineering and architectural designs.

• Convert engineering sketches, calculations, specifications, and concepts into detailed technical drawings.

• Modify and update drawings based on design changes, engineer/consultant comments, and site conditions.

• Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, as-built drawings, and detail drawings.

• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and other engineering disciplines.

• Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, scales, annotations, and consistency.
