Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Previous experience in call center, customer service, or sales is an advantage

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and professional

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer inquiries
