Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information and customer support.

• Research and verify business/service information online.

• Update and maintain the company's knowledge base system.

• Record customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

• Follow company procedures and quality standards.

• Meet performance targets and work effectively with the team.

• Participate in TikTok content creation with the team.

• Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Competencies

• Able to speak both Amharic and Afan Oromo

• Basic computer skills

• Fast typing skill
