Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college/university in:

• Civil Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Woodwork-related Engineering/Technology

• Water Engineering

• Construction Management

• Or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–6 years of relevant experience in engineering, maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Practical knowledge of:

• Electrical systems and maintenance

• Carpentry/woodwork

• Plumbing and water supply systems

• General building maintenance

• Strong planning, supervision, coordination, and control skills.

• Ability to lead and manage technical and maintenance teams.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-confidence and professional work ethic.

• Effective time-management skills.

• Ability to prioritize maintenance activities and respond effectively to technical emergencies.
