Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

•  Find and buy coffee from Yirgacheffe, Sidama, and Guji.

• Make sure the coffee meets export quality standards.

  Advertisement

• Negotiate good prices with farmers, cooperatives, or suppliers.

• Arrange fast delivery to our export facility.

• Work with our team to ensure smooth export.

• One is to directly purchase green coffee beans from exporters, and the other is to purchase raw materials from farmers, cooperatives, washed coffee stations,

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in coffee sourcing, especially in Yirgacheffe, Sidama, or Guji.

• Good connections with farmers, washing stations, exporters or suppliers.

• Knowledge of Ethiopian coffee grading

• Able to work under tight deadlines.

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Years of experience:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience, experience in a Coffee export Sector.

Advantageous if you have experience in international trade.

Education: -

• BA Degree in business Fields (Management, Business administration, Marketing management. Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, Procurement, Supply chain)
