Job Requirements

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Kitchen Operation or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience

• Quantity Required: 3

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble fresh juice, smoothie, and salad bar offerings according to standardized recipes and portion controls.

• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and portion fruits, vegetables, greens, and other ingredients for the juice and salad bar.

• Operate blenders, juicers, food processors, mandolins, knives, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation; discard any spoiled or unsafe items following food safety protocols

• Register daily food and juice consumption on consumption sheet

• Support special events, catering, and seasonal promotions as required.

• Performs other job-related duties as required by immediate supervisors
