Job Requirements

• Education: 12th grade completed or Certificate in any Hospitality Training

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all juice maker responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high speed, quality, and service standards.

• Train and mentor helpers and new juice makers and follow all standardized recipes precisely correct ingredient amounts, blending times, and garnishing

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering

• Handle customer complaints and ingredient shortages

• Act as shift leader when supervisor is absent

• Inform to service team of any out-of-stock items before taking payment and authorization
