Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and tech-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage and elevate our multi-channel digital presence. In this role, you will lead end-to-end content production, design high-performing visual and copy assets, execute digital growth campaigns, and build active online communities across key platforms.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any filed of study

  Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and execute multi-platform content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube).

• Create eye-catching visual content, including graphics, short-form video content (Reels/Shorts), photos, and promotional copy.

• Oversee social media community management by replying to inquiries, monitoring feedback, and maintaining active audience engagement.

• Monitor channel analytics, track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion), and adjust content strategies accordingly.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and digital viral formats to keep brand messaging fresh and relevant.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and video editing software.

• Communication: Exceptional written communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills in both in Amharic and English.

• Attributes: Strong project management abilities, high attention to visual detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Portfolio: Proven track record of growth or engagement on managed channels
