Key Responsibilities

• Monitor contractual events, delays, variations, and potential claims.

• Prepare and issue contractual notices within the required timeframes.

• Prepare Variation Proposals in a timely manner.

• Follow up on variation status with the Engineer.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contemporary records.

• Prepare draft claim reports and supporting documentation.
  
  

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, claims, or related construction/project activities.

• Sound knowledge of contract documents, claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.

• Ability to work effectively at project sites and coordinate with project teams.

• Strong communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
