 WE’RE HIRING: Customer Service Agent / Cashier

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent / Cashier to join our team in the storage and warehousing services industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their storage and service-related needs

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate cash records

• Prepare and maintain customer and transaction records

• Coordinate storage bookings, receiving, collection, and release of items

• Receive and check incoming items against relevant documents

• Verify item quantity, condition, weight (KGs), and other required details

• Follow basic warehouse FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) procedures as applicable

• Ensure items are properly identified, recorded, and stored

• Enter and update inventory and customer information accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Upload and maintain relevant warehouse and inventory data in the WMS

• Assist with stock/inventory checks and ensure records match physical items

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch operations

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of records

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety requirements

• Perform other duties related to customer service, cashiering, and basic warehouse operations

Job Requirements

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, warehousing, inventory, or a similar role is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash and records accurately

• Basic understanding of FIFO/LIFO and inventory handling

• Comfortable working with weights, quantities, and item records

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn WMS/inventory systems

• Good data entry and record-keeping skills

• Professional, reliable, organized, and customer-oriented

• Ability to work effectively with both customers and warehouse teams
