Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with relevant work experience.

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Quantity Required: 5

Location: Candidates living in Jimma are preferred, or applicants willing to relocate to Jimma

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collect and record all relevant project data accurately and on time to support cost reporting.

• Gather daily information from site teams regarding manpower, materials, equipment, activities, and project progress.

• Prepare and distribute daily site reports to the project team.

• Verify collected data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before reporting.

• Enter and maintain project data in Excel, ERP systems, or other reporting tools.

• Compile daily data and supporting documents for cost-control purposes.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams to obtain missing or updated information.

• Maintain organized records of daily site reports and project data.

• Highlight discrepancies or missing information to the Cost Control Officer.

• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly cost and progress reports.
