Job Summary

Numek Printing & Advertising PLC is looking for an experienced Digital Paper Printing Machine Operator, preferably with hands-on experience operating Konica Minolta production printing machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing machines, preparing print jobs, managing paper and printing materials, maintaining print quality, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality printed products.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Certificate in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or with related field of study

Experience:

• 4 -6 years of experience in digital production printing.

• Hands-on experience with Konica Minolta printers is highly preferred.

• Experience with printing software and Fiery RIP is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate Konica Minolta digital production printing machines.

• Prepare and process digital print jobs according to customer requirements.

• Handle printing of business cards, brochures, flyers, magazines, booklets, invitations, and other commercial print products.

• Set up machine parameters, paper sizes, weights, and print settings.

• Monitor color accuracy, image quality, and printing consistency.

• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

• Identify and troubleshoot printing errors and machine problems.

• Manage paper stock, toner, and other printing consumables.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and finishing teams.

• Ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Maintain proper machine operation and workplace cleanliness.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of paper types, GSM, sizes, and printing specifications.

• Understanding of color management and print quality control.

• Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
