UV DTF, DTF and Banner printing Machine Operator

Job Description

Numek Printing & Advertising PLC is looking for a skilled and responsible Digital Printing Machine Operator with practical experience operating DTF, UV DTF, and large-format banner printing machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine operation, printing production, material preparation, quality control, and routine machine maintenance to ensure high-quality printing and timely completion of customer orders.

Job Requirement

Education: Diploma or certificate in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience: 3 -4 years

• Hands-on experience with DTF and UV DTF machines.

• Experience operating large-format banner printing machines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate DTF and UV DTF printing machines.

• Operate large-format eco-solvent and banner printing machines.

• Prepare printing materials and ensure correct machine settings.

• Monitor printing quality, color accuracy, and production output.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.

• Identify and troubleshoot common printing and machine problems.

• Manage ink, printing materials, and other consumables.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of printing materials.

• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

• Basic knowledge of printing software and color management.

• Ability to identify and solve printing quality problems.

• Good attention to detail and time management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
