Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales

Experience:

• 3–5 years in sales

• Experience in machinery, power tools, construction materials, or related products is an advantage

• Experience using sales ERP software is mandatory

Quantity Required: 3

Location: Addis Ababa

Gender: Female candidates only

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell products or services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

• Enter and update customer information, sales orders, and transactions in the sales ERP system.

• Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Skills & Competencies

• Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Ability to prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and sales reports

• Ability to achieve sales targets

• Honest, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a team

• Good knowledge of the Addis Ababa market is preferred
