Distributor Development Partner

Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

The Distributor Development Partner is responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with third-party distributors to drive sales growth, market penetration, and operational efficiency. He/she acts as the bridge between AWSC and the distributor, focusing on maximizing sell-in (sales to the distributor) and sell-out (sales to the final customer). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans with distributors to deliver on sales, distribution, and financial targets.

• Analyze "white spaces" in the market to appoint new distributors or expand existing partnerships.

• Monitor and analyze distributor sales data, KPIs, and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and optimal performance.

• Maintain strong working relationships with distributors through regular visits and business reviews.

• Conduct training sessions for distributor sales teams (DSRs) to improve their performance and product knowledge.

• Ensure efficient route-to-market (RTM) strategies, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

• Ensure all distributor activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and safety regulations. 

• Ensure Distributors sign and comply with all the terms of engagement in their contract,

• Attend regular team meetings monthly and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.

• Performs other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Education:

• BA Degree in Marketing and Sales or Business Administration or related fields.

Experience:

• 4 Years of Work Experience in Sales development or Conducting Effective Sales Presentations and Contributing to the growth of the Sales pipeline for the Company or in related activities.
