Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum four years in beverage sales or technical service, with direct draught, dispense or on-trade equipment experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, contract and activate draught outlets against target, with a signed agreement and the required security instrument in place before equipment is installed.

  Advertisement

• Deliver the draught volume plan by outlet and by region, and grow volume per active outlet.

• Manage the dispense equipment estate — specification, placement against outlet potential, installation, service cycle, fault resolution and recovery.

• Own the quality of Kegna draught as served: line cleaning cycles, dispense temperature, gas settings, glassware and pour standards.

• Control kegs and CO₂ cylinders in the draught estate, including custody records, deposit or guarantee coverage and recovery of assets on termination.

• Train outlet staff on dispense operation, cleaning and pour, and provide the job aids that keep the standard in place between visits.

• Report draught outlet base, equipment status, volume per outlet and quality compliance.
