Job Description

Electrical Designer is Responsible for preparing, developing, and reviewing electrical engineering designs for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

Key duties include:

• Preparing electrical lighting, power, and small-power layouts.
  

• Designing LV electrical distribution systems, including MDBs, SDBs, and electrical riser diagrams.
  

• Performing electrical load calculations, demand factor calculations, and cable sizing.
  

• Designing earthing, lightning protection, and electrical distribution systems.
  

• Preparing fire alarm, CCTV, telephone, data, and other low-current system layouts.
  

• Preparing electrical BOQs, technical specifications, and design reports.
  

• Reviewing architectural and other engineering drawings to ensure proper coordination.
  

• Ensuring designs comply with applicable electrical codes and standards.
  

• Responding to client comments and incorporating design revisions.
  

• Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and other engineering disciplines.
  

• Using AutoCAD and other engineering software to prepare detailed electrical drawings.

Job Requirements

• Degree Above 1 Year

• Electrical Engineering degree
