Purpose of the Role

The Enterprise Sales Specialist targets, pitches, and closes high-volume corporate clients — including e-commerce merchants, financial institutions, manufacturers, and public agencies — to grow Wanza's enterprise revenue base through long-cycle, high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach to identify and qualify enterprise prospects.
Prepare custom service proposals tailored to corporate client needs.
Navigate public and private sector tender processes (RFPs), preparing compliant bid documents.
Manage long-cycle contract negotiations through to signature.
Negotiate payment terms (e.g., credit limits, bank guarantees, post-dated check policies) in coordination with Finance.
Achieve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets from corporate accounts.
Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure proposals and contracts are tracked in the CRM.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally in logistics, courier, or related services, with demonstrated success closing long-cycle, high-value contracts.
