Guarantor Requirement: Selected candidates must be able to provide a sufficient guarantor according to company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment-use records and support proper care and efficient utilization of machinery.

• Follow equipment operating procedures, site safety rules, and instructions from supervisors.

• Carry out excavation, loading, land preparation, hauling, and related tasks according to work plans.

• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical faults or maintenance needs.

• Operate excavators, loaders, tractors, and other assigned earth-moving or agricultural machinery safely.

• Operate the excavator and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.

• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.

• Prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.

• Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.

• Ensure that any equipment is in safe operating condition.

• Follow directions of the construction manager or supervisor.

• Report any incidents, accidents or injuries immediately to the supervisor.

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Education

• Grade 8/10 or above. Valid Earth Moving Machinery license.

Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience
