Job Summary

We are looking for 10 energetic, outgoing, and motivated Female Field Sales Representatives to join our field-based Sales and Marketing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, communicating confidently, and working actively in the field. The successful candidates will visit restaurants and food-related businesses across assigned areas of Addis Ababa, introduce our services, register businesses, and maintain accurate records using a mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and food-related businesses within assigned areas of Addis Ababa.

• Introduce and promote the company's services to restaurant owners, managers, and relevant decision-makers.

• Clearly explain the benefits of the service and encourage businesses to register and join the platform.

• Register businesses using a simple mobile application.

• Take clear photos of menus and accurately record food items, prices, and other relevant business information.

• Conduct follow-ups with registered businesses when necessary.

• Track and record daily visits, registrations, and overall field activities.

• Report challenges, customer feedback, observations, and field activity updates to the team.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all assigned activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ETB 8,000 fixed monthly salary.

• Daily Allowance: ETB 150 per day for transportation and mobile data expenses.

• Registration Incentive: ETB 25 for each restaurant successfully registered.

• Weekly Team Bonus: The highest-performing team each week will receive an additional ETB 2,000 bonus.

• Team-Based Work: The role is conducted in pairs, allowing employees to work alongside a colleague.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Female candidates residing in Addis Ababa.

• Confident and comfortable approaching and engaging with new people.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Energetic and willing to work outdoors and travel between different locations.

• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile applications.

• Must have a smartphone with a good-quality camera.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or field-based work is an advantage but not mandatory
