Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or with related field of study

• Experience: 7+ years in banking/MFI, with 1+ years as Finance Service (Division) Head

• Duty Station: Head Office - Bahir Dar

• Salary/Allowance: 66,720 including Allowances

• Quantity Required: 1

• Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, strategy & statutory reporting

• Manage liquidity, capital adequacy

• Coordinate internal/external financial audits

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Lead the finance department

Skills & Competencies

• IFRS 9 & prudential regulatory reporting

• Asset-Liability Management (ALM)

• Treasury, liquidity, & tax management
