Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or with related field of study

• Experience: 5+ years in banking/MFI with 2+ years as Head Office Senior Accountant, OR in related institutions 3+ years as a Director

• Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

• Position Title: Finance / Service Head

• Quantity Required: 1

• Duty Station: Head Office - Bahir Dar

• Salary/Allowance: 58,640 including Allowances

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, strategy & statutory reporting

• Manage liquidity, capital adequacy

• Coordinate internal/external financial audits

• Ensure regulatory compliance

• Lead the finance department

Skills & Competencies

• IFRS 9 & prudential regulatory reporting

• Asset-Liability Management (ALM)

• Treasury, liquidity, & tax management
