Amrogn Agriculture and Trading PLC is a fast-growing, highly popular restaurant chain based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, that specializes in a variety of chicken dishes.

Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Terms of Employment: Permanent after successfully completion of probationary period.

Job Requirements

Qualification/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields

Relevant Experience

• 5/7 years relevant work experience

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of leadership, food and beverage management, and coordination of restaurant service operations.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage staff, suppliers, and customer relationships.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making, cost control, and operational improvement.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, customer service, and quality standards
