Fridge & Dispenser Technician (Debre Markos)

Job Description

Ensue customer satisfaction by conducting maintenance and repair of refrigerator, draft dispensing machine or equipment to ensure the proper service operation based on the Workshop procedures and manufacturer resources usage instructions and from efficiency, quality, cost/budget parameters perspective.

• Distinguish defects on all types of refrigerators and dispensing equipment based on manufacturer/ Workshop SOPs to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.

• Propose corrective action for the refrigerator and dispensing equipment to keep the organization standard.

• Ensure the proper method of maintenance and repair standards are deployed to enabling the company continual improvement.

• Ensure the 5 S & organization of the Workshop as per defined rules.

• Ensure to use the proper PPEs as per Workshop standard

• Ensure to deliver the assigned target of machines as per schedule of the workshop & department.

• Engage in monitoring the refrigerator and dispensing equipment repair and maintenance duties to be conducted efficiently from time, quality standard, and cost perspective.

• Responsible to report problem(S) regarding the integrated management system such as on FSMS, QMS, EMS, and OHSMS to QSHE supervisor and/or his immediate supervisor

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

• The position requires a minimum of Bachelors Degree in industrial mechanics or Industrial Technology or Manufacturing Technology or Electronic and Electrical Technology or  General Mechanics or  related field of studies.

• 4 or 2 years’ experience

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Motorbike driving license.

• 3rd-grade driving license

• Short-term refrigeration maintenance certification.

• Have the ability to work under pressure when required.

• Capability to anticipate the tasks performed.

• Basic English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
