Job Summary

The senior full-stack developer designs, builds, and maintains NTPLC's internal web and mobile applications and integrations, connecting Odoo ERP, GPS/telematics, and other business systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure web applications, portals, and internal tools across the front end and back end.

• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between Odoo ERP, GPS/fleet tracking, attendance, and third-party systems.

• Develop custom Odoo modules, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with the Odoo Functional Consultant.

• Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), queries, and data pipelines.

• Apply secure coding practices, code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD.

• Containerize and deploy applications on company servers or the cloud (Docker, Linux).

• Write technical documentation and support users on applications developed in-house.

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance and reliability.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; an MSc is an advantage.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years at a senior or lead level.

• Demonstrable portfolio or GitHub of delivered projects.
